Why should I hire a wedding planner for my destination wedding?
When hosting a destination wedding, we highly recommend that you hire wedding planners, as each wedding is unique and has its own specificity. Through experience, wedding planners gain knowledge when it comes to dealing with their local vendors and suppliers, and therefore they know best whom to choose, to ensure that you only receive the best service at the best price.
The Venue has a coordinator; do I need a wedding planner?
Yes, absolutely. The wedding planner is your wedding director who provides advice, designs, organize and coordinate with suppliers; complete offering of a stress free wedding experience. However, most of venues in Sydney do have a coordinator/floor manager who is responsible for accommodating customer’s wedding requirements so that other operations in-house such as furnishing and catering can go smoothly without interfering the wedding schedule. Despite some overlaps in our duties, these are two different roles.

If I book a stress free wedding package will I be charged for a wedding planner fee?
At V2 Wedding and Co., your wedding planning fee is included in our wedding and ceremony packages.
Do you charge an initial consultation?
Absolutely not. We do provide the initial consultation free of charge.
What additional event services do you offer?
Besides Wedding and Ceremony, we also offer planning and coordination services for commercial expos, functions and events.
How much communication will we have?
At V2 Weddings and Co., we do believe sufficient communication is the key to achieve a top-notch overall experience. Therefore, please do not hesitate to consult with us on anything you need.
Will I have a wedding planner at my wedding/event?
The wedding supervisor services come at extra cost. The bride and the groom would be busy enough for the day. Most of our wedding customers do discover the extra spending is very much worthwhile in order to make sure all the little details are met and whole wedding is archived in accordance to the the original plan.
